After 32 years of General Contracting in the Breckenridge, Steamboat Springs and surrounding Ski Resort Communities, it was time to hang up our tool bags.

In 2021 we transitioned from a full service

General Contracting Company to Construction Consulting and Log and Timber Frame Home Package Sales Advisors and Design Specialists.

Our expertise in the “System Built” construction industry ensures our clients choose the right Timber or Log Supplier to fit their aesthetic, lifestyle, budget and other needs. Partnering with a select group of superior Log, Timber Frame, Panel Home and SIPs Home Package manufacturers assures we match our homeowners with the right manufacturing partner.

We specialize in coaching the clients through the entire custom home building process from lot acquisition, floor plan selection, budget analysis, contractor interviews and recommendations, and final floor-plan and elevation design of their unique "Timber Package". We guide the homeowners through the final acquisition and delivery of the Home Package from one of several trusted premium suppliers of Log and Timber Frame homes.
